We also mean for you to be happy with what you bought but please read the Return Policy in it’s entirety in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
1) If your package was destroyed by the shipping company, please file a claim.
2) If you receive a broken or incorrect item, notify us of your desire to return the item via e-mail at email@example.com to start the exchange or return. We have to supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization in order for you to move forward, prior to mailing any items in for exchange, repair, return or replacement.
3) Any refunds will be issued back to original payment type.
All refunds must be initiated within 10 days of purchase date.
If you send us back something factory sealed, unused and unopened, with all original contents you will receive 100% refund or equivalent credit towards another item of your choosing.
If the item is new, but has been opened, all original packaging and contents must be intact and in like-new condition and be returned along with the item. In this case, we will charge a 20% restocking fee prior to refund.
USED, VINTAGE, OPEN-BOX, FLOOR MODEL
Due to the rare and limited nature of vintage gear, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We thoroughly test all of our used and vintage gear upon receiving and prior to packing for shipment. Any returns done on used and vintage gear will have a 15% restocking fee.
Open-box and floor model sales are final.
GARMENTS, TEXTILES, CABLES, CABLE ADAPTERS, MICROPHONES and HEADPHONES cannot be exchanged or returned.
