This now-classic polyphonic multitimbral LA-synthesis/Rompler synthesizer allowed total tactile control over sound sculpting. At a time when synths had transitioned away from knobs, faders and switches and into small screens, and less buttons, Roland, in 1991, figured that it was time put the synth back into synthesizer - or something like that. Anyway, you could get lost in this JD-800 forever. This one has a fully functioning keyboard. Some don't, this one does. It's a clean machine, but a beast to ship. We'd love to sell this one in the Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, or Monroe county zone...we'd drop it off.
